Great burgers and more!! Onion rings are a family favourite. Solid service by friendly and professional staff. This is one of our go-to places to stop for lunch or dinner when we are in the area. Decent specials and a menu with great options.

Best burgers and fries for a drive-thru I've found in town so far! Drive-thru takes a little longer to wait through than other fast food restaurants but the food is well worth the wait! Added bonus the prices are extremely reasonable as well!

Basically everything is amazing here, except for the milkshakes. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

This place has good food. But they are the slowest fast food place I have ever been to. Might as well go to a restaurant and sit and wait for food. They double charged my card and took no responsibility for it. And went as far as calling me a liar when I had 100% proof as well as bank statements stating that I was charged twice. Not to mention last time I left a review one of there employees commented on it calling me a liar.

The burgers were delicious and i love how you can " make your own burger" its really helpful to me since im a picky eater. The fries were and amazing side to the burger and the milk shakes were unlike any other that I've had at a fast food restaurant.

I won't lie, I've had their 2 piece halibut a couple times, and each time I'd end up feeling sick from the heavy grease. Well I tried their halibut sandwich and actually enjoyed it and it wasn't as greasy as the 2 piece. Love the location itself and the staff!

Best burger joint in town! Highly recommend the Josh or Banner special can’t go wrong with the Fish and chips either.

Please, try this place. I know Longview WA is not everyone's favorite town, but if you're driving through to get to somewhere, then try them out. You wont regret eating here I am sure of that.

Was a really fantastic burger and shake joint. Very quaint and you can tell it's a local favorite. I love the atmosphere. And their fries are bombdiggity.

By far the best burgers in Longview! Food is always hot and delicious!! You can guarantee its fresh every time! The Banner Special is an amazing deal on a meal under $10. If you haven't tried this place you have seriously been missing out!!

Burger patty's get thinner each time I go. If you are going to charge extra for extra sauce now, at least make sure the person making it is competent enough to mix thoroughly and to put more than a teaspoon in the cups. About half of each of my fry sauce cups had what looked like chunks of curdled mayo in them. Not very appetizing. At least the shake was good

1st experience . Drive thru was insanely busy so I assumed that it must be amazing and worth the wait. While I recognize that they were busy , this place extremely lacks in customer service. I ordered the fish n chips basket . Fish was crispy and was good. There was no lemon and thanks for the bite of coleslaw. I wasnt overly impressed. Probably try one more time with something different on the menu .

Their burgers are great it's old-fashioned it's clean and team-oriented very good place for a young person to learn fast food service. Always happy when we come to town. Try to make it there every time.

The service we got in the drive thru was so bad we may not go back. We love their food and have supported them as local providers since they opened, but none of that is worth the way we were treated tonight. Unfortunately this wasn't the first time in the last couple months... a sad trend for the owners who have worked so hard to build a solid business.

Unexpected stop and worth it. Didnt wait that long in the drive thru and friendly service. The fries were delicious and the side of ranch was super good. The burger was still hot even after a 15 minute drive.

Very very sad to say, your customer service and attention to detail has really really really been lacking lately. I have ordered the Josh burger with Grilled onions for years. The josh comes with onion. But Grilled onions are .50 extra?? Recent visits the order was wrong each time and twice were missing stuff.

Nipps is very nostalgic to me so I'm a little biased but its pretty good for a burger place and I think it's the best place in Longview for burgers

Lived here 8 years and have never tried it, well now I have and won't be going anywhere else for burgers.

Great food but the service is consistently bad. The counter is almost never manned and the kitchen staff just ignores you. They have only one garbage can and it's always overflowing. It's hard to bring myself to go there since Carl's Jr was built.

Shakes are very good!! Their burgers taste amazing, nothing like mcdonalds!! Theses actually taste like real beef...Staff was Friendly..Drive thru was very full, but moved fairly quick.

Just went through the drive thru, ordered 2 banner specials. When we got to the window, asked if the fries were crinkle cut, she stated no that they always do seasoned fries unless requested otherwise. Hubby told her it did not say that on the menu, she argued with us about it. We asked for three tartars, because we had a total of three fries, she forgot them. Had to wait for her to come back to the window. Hubby told the tartar was missing, she came back with one. Had to ask for two more tartars. She huffed and left to go get them, handed them to hubby and slammed the window. This is one of our favorite places to go to at least once a week. The last three times we have had nothing but rudeness from the staff. Never again. We will make sure and tell our family and friends to bypass this place

Great food but the drive through takes forever! There was only 5 cars in front of us but you would have thought there was 20.

Great local fast food restaurant - - way better than any of the chain fast food restaurants in Longview. The burgers were delicious and fries were good. The shakes weren't anything special. Pricing was very reasonable. I'd recommend this place.

Love this place my whole fam does !! Excellent food and shakes. Want to give 5 stars, yet they are not opened on Saturdays ?? It says they are... and closed on Sundays. I guess it’s the whole weekend which is really frustrating... oh well.... I guess

You have to try this place, it's sooooo delicious! I had the halibut and shrimp...both so fresh and cooked perfectly! Oh and they are super friendly too!

Lowsy service, skimpy on toppings, charge for things you dont get. Talked to manager who was rude stating "that's the way we do it" talked about prices of online menu he states " we have nothing to do with it". Do not recommend.

Food was good the order wasn't right though I asked for chicken strips and got to grilled chicken filets

The drive-through can take forever in this place so sometimes it's better just to go inside. The prices for the hamburgers are the best within a hundred miles. the quality of hamburgers are super good delicious ask for fry sauce and also the fries are handmade. I've been coming here for years but just now finally got the chance to review it.

Burgers are way better that big chains. The fish and chips are on point. But the fries and special sauce are where its at!

Great Burgers, delicious seasoned fries. One of my favorites in town no doubt. Burgers are saucy so if you aren't into that maybe request light condiments. My only complaint is they have no awning over their drive-thru speaker so you have to get rained on while you order. In Washington it's more often than not.

Super yummy joint to stop at when we are in the area! My husband loves the milkshakes! The burgers are awesome and the fries are crispy and perfectly seasoned! We have visited a few times now and it never disappoints! We always get the banner special! This place is much tastier and the staff is much friendlier than your run of the mill fast food joints. The price for the special did go up to 8.99 recently, so while we still feel like it's worth the money, its not a steal of a deal like it used to be. That's okay though, we do understand that the price to keep employees and keep them happy and being friendly is all part of what we pay for! Will definitely still be back next time we are in Portland!
